Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
  • Author will be responsible for any form of plegiarism regarding this submission.

Author Guidelines

All submissions, including case studies, book reviews, letters to the editor should be submitted online on the journal's submission website or sent to the email assm@hspublishing.org. Articles are submitted on the understanding that if accepted, they may not be published elsewhere in full or in part without the General Editors' permission. Authors are invited to submit original research papers, case studies, reviews, within the broad scope of the journal.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines:

  • Paper size: Use A4 size paper in portrait orientation.
  • Font size and type: Corbel, 12pt. Main headings – 16, subheadings – 12, bold for paper title.
  • Headings: Major and secondary headings must be bold, left-justified, Upper case.
  • Line spacing: Single spaced throughout, including title page, abstract, body, tables, figures, references, appendices.
  • Paragraphing: Leave a blank line between paragraphs without indent.
  • Tables: Use table function, not spreadsheets.
  • File type: Submit in .docx or .doc format only.
  • Reference list: Only include cited works published/accepted. Personal communications only in text. No footnotes/endnotes.
  • Formatting: Nothing underlined, no borders.
  • Follow APA 7 style guidelines.

Manuscript Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscript should be written in English and submitted via online submission system or by email to assm@hspublishing.org.
  • Submit file in MS Word (.docx or .doc). PDF or other formats will not be accepted.
  • For online submissions, entire paper must be in ONE document (title page, abstract, main article).
  • No institutional graphics or logos allowed.
  • Documents must be clean with no tracked changes or comments.
  • No changes in paper title, abstract, authorship, or content allowed after submission deadline.

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to process your submission and evaluate your article. If your article is published in our journal, we will retain your information for archival purposes.
