This study examines the relationship between autocratic, bureaucratic, transformational, and transactional leadership styles to determine their influence on motivational outcomes within organizational settings. It was conducted at a municipality and employed a quantitative method by a structured questionnaire to collect the data. Overall, the study highlights the critical role of leadership styles in shaping employee motivation and underscores the superiority of bureaucratic and transformational leadership in promoting a motivated workforce. Furthermore, older employees, married, those with permanent contracts, lower occupational categories, individuals with lower educational qualifications, and those with longer tenure tend to report higher levels of job motivation.
